Under our corporate philosophy, since obtaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification in December 1997, we have continuously strived to improve customer satisfaction.
In October 2017, we transitioned to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. To meet the demands of quality management for further growth, we are dedicated to the continuous improvement of our systems, including human resource development to provide products and services that satisfy our customers, as well as the improvement and construction of operational mechanisms.
The SANGIKYO Group promotes the continuous improvement of our quality and environmental management systems to realize a sustainable society (low-carbon society, recycling-oriented society, and nature-harmonious society) through business activities centered on the information and telecommunications field.

To achieve this policy, we set objectives and targets to improve quality and environmental performance and conduct periodic reviews.
- Pursue improved business quality and environmental performance through the improvement of business processes.
- Strive to reduce waste and promote recycling to prevent the crisis of resource depletion.
- Strive to reduce greenhouse gases through the use of renewable energy, carbon offsets, etc., to prevent the crisis of global warming.
- Strive to expand environmental conservation activities externally to prevent the crisis of ecosystems.

Environmental Policy
Environmental Philosophy: We will learn and implement means to respect the environment.
Amid global environmental concerns, conducting business activities with environmental consideration has become a social responsibility for companies. We regard this as one of our top management priorities. To pass on a better environment to the next generation while harmonizing our business activities with the natural environment, we obtained the ISO 14001 international standard certification in December 1999. Initially, we focused on reducing paper, waste, and electricity. Since then, we have worked to improve environmental performance by enhancing products and work processes, and have expanded our environmental conservation activities externally.
